Transferring the print to textiles
Stable color, high durability and full repeatability in textile production. A suitable heat transfer system fixes the print, ensures resistance to washing and uniform quality in each batch.

The moment that determines the quality of the print
Heat transfer closes the printing process. It is here that the resistance, color stability and preservation of the material under real conditions of use are determined.
Temperature and pressure precision
Constant transfer parameters eliminate the risk of underheating or overheating of the material. Precise control protects the fabric structure and ensures uniform fixation of the print.

Repeatable results in long series
Transfer systems maintain identical operating conditions regardless of production time. Thanks to this, the quality of the first and thousandth meters remains the same.

Consistency with the production line
Transfer is not a separate stage, but part of the entire workflow. The right configuration allows you to synchronize printing, material transport and fixation.

Performance without quality compromises
Automatic transfer systems enable high throughput while maintaining process control. This is the key to scaling production without increasing waste.

Types of Imprint Fixation Solutions
Different heat transfer technologies correspond to different production scales, materials and levels of automation.
Calendars
roll to roll
Systems for continuous work with the material in the role. They provide stable temperature, uniform pressure and high efficiency with large volumes of textiles.

Table calendars for blanks
Solutions designed to work with individual elements and blanks. They allow precise fixation of the print on smaller formats and non-standard shapes.

Compact Heat Presses
Manual and semi-automatic presses for point transfer. They work well in customization, prototyping and short series production.

Hybrid and integrated systems
Solutions that combine heat transfer with automatic material feeding, voltage control and integration with the printing line. Designed for production environments with high demands.

Transfer Paper Printing
The artwork is printed on special sublimation paper using sublimation inks. Color profiles, file resolution, and print stability are key at this stage.

Transfer under the influence of temperature
Transfer paper is combined with polyester material in a calender or heat press. The high temperature causes the ink to turn into a gaseous state.

Permanent fixation of the print
After cooling, the dye becomes permanently bound to the fibers of the material. The print does not form a layer on the surface and does not require additional fixation.

Calendars and heat presses
Devices for fixing the print by temperature and pressure, necessary for the permanent binding of the dye to the polyester.
