The end of January brought one of the most strategic events of the European print and advertising industry: RemaDays 2026 to the Ptak Warsaw Expo in Poland. This is where innovators, brands and print service providers come together to discover technologies that drive growth and build relationships beyond markets. RemaDays remains a key launch platform where industry players evaluate new trends and devices that will define the next year of production and creative opportunities.

During this year's edition of the fair (26-28 January), The Color Company not only exhibited — we marked our position by presenting a carefully selected range of advanced printing platforms, tailored to textile, sublimation, pigment and direct-to-film (DTF) processes. We have shown that operational flexibility and scalable quality do not have to be mutually exclusive.

Poseidon II — the leader of sublimation in two formats

Two DGI-D.gen Poseidon II units were presented at the stand, each optimized for a different production process: one configured for classic sublimation on paper, the other for blueback paper using pigment inks. These industrial sublimation printing machines offer a wide format and high performance, and Kyocera print heads provide continuous, stable production up to 1,820mm width and resolution up to 600×1800 dpi — ideal for apparel, soft signage and decorative textiles. Flexibility in ink selection and print speed allows you to realize both short personalized runs and long, intensive print runs.

Fedar FD30 — Direct-to-Film (DTF) Innovation

For clothing decorators and small and medium-sized manufacturers, Fedar FD30 DTF made a very good impression. Equipped with two Epson F1080-A1 heads and support for white ink, it allows CMYK+LC+LM+W printing directly on the film. This simplifies the transfer process and significantly expands compatibility with different types of fabrics.

Atai RJ-600 — sublimation available for start

Complementing the industrial offer was the Atai RJ-600 — an entry-level sublimation printer designed as a bridge between affordable price and real production capabilities. Despite its compact size, it is an ideal entry into the world of sublimation for companies that do not want to immediately invest in heavy industrial equipment — a reasonable choice for startups and creative studios focused on textile printing and advertising gadgets.

DGI-D.gen Hercules — performance in a practical way

For customers looking for high quality at a controlled cost, the DGI-D.gen Hercules stood out — a sublimation printer with a width of 1.9 m, offering robust print speeds and a resolution of up to 720 × 1,800 dpi. The use of Epson i3200 heads and a continuous ink supply system makes it ideal for medium production environments where stability and high machine availability are important.

Teleios Omni Pro — a new definition of direct printing on textiles

Without a doubt, the star of the fair was the DGI-D.gen Teleios Omni Pro textile printer with a linear pre-treatment system. This comprehensive all-in-one solution integrates pigment printing, fabric feeding and Color Boosting Solution (CBS) technology, which eliminates the need for separate material preparation — the pigment ink reacts directly from the medium. The system allows printing on cotton, polyester, nylon and blends, providing intense colors and high resistance to washing. Built-in fixation and drying close the entire production process in one line. Speeds reach about 70 m²/h in 2-pass mode, with print widths of up to about 1.83 m, making this solution extremely versatile for fashion, soft signage and technical textiles.

A special moment was the live shows using Teleios Omni Pro, during which we printed on fabrics supplied by Berger Textiles. Visitors could see for themselves how vivid, sharp prints are created directly from digital files into finished textile products — a dynamic demonstration of how quality, speed and efficiency come together in contemporary textile printing.

summary

RemaDays 2026 has confirmed that modern printing technology is no longer about choosing between performance and versatility. From industrial sublimation giants like Poseidon II to the integrated, prep-free textile printing Teleios Omni Pro, The Color Company has solidified its position at the very center of innovation and real production processes. As brands and print service providers scale and enter new markets, platforms that lower barriers to entry, enhance quality and expand creative potential will define success in 2026 and beyond.
